Our Mob
Historically our communities were strong & well developed, resilient & self-determining.
Each had their own ceremonies, customs, language, & culture.
Our communities provided a sense of belonging & were a source of our identity.
Our Way
We understand that to create & maintain sustainable, positive change our people need to have full control over decisions made regarding our lives, communities and country to ensure we are able to meet our social, cultural and economic needs.
Our Wanjawurru
The Mibilla Foundation supports individuals & community self-determination through innovative support methods that are collaborative and multi-faceted, have community context, with high levels of support
Marurr – embracing
The Mibilla Foundation is an Indigenous-founded and led, philanthropic charity that aims to create change in the current economic paradigm for Indigenous people and to create our success our way.
To achieve this we aim to partner with, and provide support to, our people, in our communities, through partnerships that encompass all areas of a community.
Jalngga – healing
Mibilla Foundation was envisioned and founded by Michael Hatton to further his commitment to Aboriginal economic, social and cultural development through supporting the individuals that make up a community and an understanding that to make significant and sustainable change we must work together and address all areas.
