Michael is a Bunuba (Bedford family) and Wiradjuri (Eldridge family) descendant and Owner and Director of TSS Total Survey Solutions. Inspired by his early experience as a civil foreman, he founded TSS with a focus on proactive client support and empowering people to grow through experience.

Michael established the Mibilla Foundation to advance his commitment to the economic, social, and cultural development of Indigenous Australians - believing that lasting change comes from supporting individuals and addressing community needs as a whole.
