To support immediate, practical, short-term outcomes that strengthen capability, access, participation, or confidence. Focus is on immediate needs, capability, access.
Grow Grant 2026
To support program delivery, expansion, or strengthening, with clear outcomes over a defined period. Outcomes are expected, but still proportional to funding size. Focus on observable change over time.
Thrive Grant 2026
To support strategic, longer-term initiatives with the potential to create enduring outcomes for communities or organisations. Focus on lasting change and strengthened systems.
