Art Music Fund
The fund exists to commission new work that is innovative, displays professional compositional craft and represents a benchmark of excellence in its field.
To be considered, your work must have committed partners to ensure the work is presented multiple times with the intention to create a long artistic life for the work and by extension, you, the composer.
The fund supports a wide range of music styles including notated composition; electroacoustic music; improvised music (including innovative, original jazz); sound art; installation sound; multimedia, web and film sound and music; and theatrical, operatic and choreographed music.
As an applicant, you will be asked to explain how your arts practice aligns with the qualities identified in the Art Music Fund (innovation, compositional craft, and excellence), regardless of style.
It is expected that you will collaborate with ensembles, orchestras, producers, recording companies, broadcasters, festivals and other parties to propose the writing of a work that will be guaranteed multiple exposures by way of performances, recordings, broadcasts or digital dissemination.

Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) First Nations - Delivery Grant
The SEE Program includes two distinct but complementary streams to support LLND skills training in metropolitan, regional, and remote areas:
- Stream 1: LLND skills training delivery to individuals by SEE providers, contracted by the department, including through place-based project delivery
- Stream 2: SEE First Nations: locally tailored, whole of community LLND skills training delivery to First Nations people through place-based grants. SEE First Nations grants will fund First Nations organisations, including Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs), registered training organisations (RTOs), Adult and Community Education (ACE) providers or peak bodies (applying on behalf of their eligible members).
SEE First Nations grants will fund locally tailored, place-based, whole of community projects designed to meet community English LLND skills training needs of First Nations people.

- Scoping Grants: Small grants to help eligible organisations to develop a Delivery Grant application

Community Impact and Innovation Grants
The objective of Community Impact and Innovation Grants is to support projects that seek to achieve a cultural, social and/or economic Impact, demonstrate an Innovative solution, or both, for the benefit of Aboriginal community members.
Innovation means demonstrating a fresh way of doing things. It may include listening to community to design solutions or drawing on cultural practice and knowledge and applying it to a situation or challenge. It may also include creating new things or solutions that rely on technology (but doesn’t need to be).
Impact means the long-term project will make in the NT Aboriginal communities in which it is delivered, such as improving lives, solving problems, advancing knowledge, or creating value.
NTAIC are focused on social, cultural and/or economic impacts that will benefit Aboriginal Territorians.

Aboriginal Sport Participation Grant Program
The Aboriginal Sport Participation Grant Program provides grants to assist Aboriginal Victorians to participate in Aboriginal sporting carnivals, buy sports uniforms and equipment, as well as funding for travel and accommodation expenses for athletes to compete in state and national competitions.
Category 1: Aboriginal Sporting Carnivals
- Grants of up to $2,500 per junior team and $1,500 per senior team for travel and accommodation costs for teams to participate in State-wide or National Carnivals
Category 2 – Uniforms and/or equipment
Grants of up to $1,000 per team and up to $250 per individual, are available to eligible applicants, for the purchase sporting uniforms and/or equipment.
Category 3 – Athlete participation support
Grants of up to $750 per individual (including athletes and coaches) are available to eligible applicants, to pay for travel and accommodation costs to compete or train in regional, state and national competitions or representative teams.

First Nations Commissioning Fund​
The program focuses on investing in opportunities that share First Nations stories and cultural knowledge and elevate awareness of Queensland’s exceptional First Nations arts and cultural products and experiences.

- For 2-year projects up to $150,000 (open to applications in January 2023) for projects and programs that need a larger and/or longer scale of development of up to two years and include presentation and/or distribution.
Additional funding available:
- PLUS up to $60,000 towards a First Nations full-time industry placement for 12-months (or a pro rata equivalent for part-time) with a focus on arts management and/or arts production

Strengthening Rural Communities – Prepare & Recover​
The program recognise that remote, rural and regional communities across Australia are vulnerable to climate change and disasters, experience capacity challenges in responding to and preparing for disasters where often existing disadvantage is exacerbated.
The grant program focuses on building resilience and strengthening communities, and actively seek to support a more prepared and climate resilient remote, rural and regional Australia.
Grants are available for a broad range of initiatives that focus on community-led resilience building in recovery or preparedness to strengthen the capacity and capability of local people and systems, especially to manage the impact of future disasters.

Remote Jobs & Economic Development​
Eligible employers can apply for two streams of funding under the RJED program to create new full-time, part-time or casual jobs in remote employment services regions.

Jobs Creation – which can pay for an employee’s wages up to the relevant award or minimum wage rate (whichever is applicable) plus superannuation, and leave entitlements.

Community Jobs and Business Fund – which can pay for equipment, infrastructure and capacity building to help employee’s do their jobs (like uniforms, a shed, on-job-training). The program supports Aboriginal people, small businesses and sole traders to play a vital role in the economic recovery following Ex-Tropical Cyclone Ellie and Associate Flooding in WA (28 December 2022 onwards).

​Wildlife Acoustics is proud to offer a quarterly grant program that supports the advancement of wildlife research, habitat monitoring, and environmental conservation. Scientists may apply for a product grant to advance the study of bats, birds, amphibians, and other terrestrial wildlife.

NSW Aboriginal Land Council Community Fund
Provides grants to assist with the acquisition of land, or grants to undertake land management activities.
Eligible LALCs can apply for a grant for the following purposes;

Land acquisition, where all other avenues for funding have been exhausted; and

Land management, in relation to land in which the LALC has a legal interest.

Projects which demonstrate clear community outcomes which are consistent with the ‘Functions of Local Aboriginal Land Councils’ under the ALRA.

SEDI Grants will help social enterprises purchase business and impact capability building services. These services can be from intermediaries and other businesses that support social enterprises to grow their business, scale their impact and further their mission to support Australians experiencing disadvantage.

The Connecting to Country program supports projects that enable Western Australian Aboriginal people and organisations to undertake on Country activities that foster the intergenerational transfer of knowledge, preservation of culture and strengthening of communities. The program intends to:
