First Nations Commissioning Fund​
The program focuses on investing in opportunities that share First Nations stories and cultural knowledge and elevate awareness of Queensland’s exceptional First Nations arts and cultural products and experiences.
Funding
- For single-year projects up to $70,000 for projects and programs for up to 12 months
- For 2-year projects up to $150,000 (open to applications in January 2023) for projects and programs that need a larger and/or longer scale of development of up to two years and include presentation and/or distribution.
Additional funding available:
- PLUS up to $60,000 towards a First Nations full-time industry placement for 12-months (or a pro rata equivalent for part-time) with a focus on arts management and/or arts production
- PLUS up to $10,000 towards commissioning new music by Queensland-based First Nations composers, musicians or librettists as part of your project.

The Prime Minister’s Prize for Science – Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Knowledge Systems ​
Honours Indigenous-led projects that benefit Australian Indigenous peoples, communities or place through the practice and preservation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge systems.
To be eligible for an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Knowledge Systems Prize, a nominee must be nominated by someone (a nominator) with knowledge of the nominee’s achievements and endorsed by two supporters.

Strengthening Rural Communities – Prepare & Recover​
The program recognise that remote, rural and regional communities across Australia are vulnerable to climate change and disasters, experience capacity challenges in responding to and preparing for disasters where often existing disadvantage is exacerbated.
The grant program focuses on building resilience and strengthening communities, and actively seek to support a more prepared and climate resilient remote, rural and regional Australia.
Grants are available for a broad range of initiatives that focus on community-led resilience building in recovery or preparedness to strengthen the capacity and capability of local people and systems, especially to manage the impact of future disasters.
Projects that focus on strengthening local inclusion, networks, communication, information sharing, self-organising systems, local decision making, resourcing, tools and support will be prioritised.

Macca's Junior Sports Grants
McDonald's provides grants to schools or groups within Western Australia to provide basic sporting infrastructure for a school or sporting group for an activity which is likely to encourage kids to participate in sport. Macca's Junior Sports Grants is currently only open to regional clubs within WA.
​If your school or club is in Western Australia and requires equipment, uniforms or something else that encourages participation in sport, you are eligible to apply.
When drafting your application, please consider that the total funds available for each round amounts to $40,000 split equally between regional and metro applicants. To be considered for a grant, an itemised quote(s) must be submitted with your application in order to verify the cost of items requested.

Remote Jobs & Economic Development​
Eligible employers can apply for two streams of funding under the RJED program to create new full-time, part-time or casual jobs in remote employment services regions.

Jobs Creation – which can pay for an employee’s wages up to the relevant award or minimum wage rate (whichever is applicable) plus superannuation, and leave entitlements.

Community Jobs and Business Fund – which can pay for equipment, infrastructure and capacity building to help employee’s do their jobs (like uniforms, a shed, on-job-training). This funding can also pay for oncosts and overheads such as insurance and operating expenses. Aboriginal Business Participation in Recovery Grants​
The program supports Aboriginal people, small businesses and sole traders to play a vital role in the economic recovery following Ex-Tropical Cyclone Ellie and Associate Flooding in WA (28 December 2022 onwards).
The Program funds business support and advisory services, employment support services and includes the Aboriginal Business Participation in Recovery Grants Scheme.

National Pies for Local Legends​
Supports local sporting clubs, community groups or not-for-profit organisations.
For 80+ years, Australians have been enjoying National Pies – at pie nights, at social clubs, and at footy matches big and small. To say thanks for your support, a grants program has been launched: National Pies for Local Legends.
Any registered Australian community group, sporting club or not-for-profit organisation can apply. A grant of $1,000 will be awarded each month, beginning in March 2024. A major grant of $10,000 will also be awarded at the end of each 12 month period (end of February).

Wildlife Acoustics Standard Product Grant: Recorders & Software
​Wildlife Acoustics is proud to offer a quarterly grant program that supports the advancement of wildlife research, habitat monitoring, and environmental conservation. Scientists may apply for a product grant to advance the study of bats, birds, amphibians, and other terrestrial wildlife.
Each quarter up to $12,000 USD in eligible products is awarded to selected grant recipients worldwide. Individual applicants may request recorders, accessories, and software licenses totalling up to $4,000 USD.

Provides grants to assist with the acquisition of land, or grants to undertake land management activities.

Community Wildlife Conservation Award
The award acknowledges and rewards individuals or conservation groups that work tirelessly to save Australia’s native wildlife and precious habitats, and encourages them to continue their excellent work on behalf of the community.

Frank Hall-Bentick Education Fund
Assists indigenous and non-indigenous people with disability to participate in both formal and informal education programs through small financial grants.
Education is continuously growing and developing so many people undertake courses to pick up the education that was not completed or to begin a new education. With the development of technology, education has become more accessible for people with disabilities allowing people to complete higher levels of education which in turn can lead to more complex and skilled work.
This fund distributes six-monthly financial grants of up to $2,500 to assist people with disabilities to continue or commence their learning.

Community Giving Project
The Project supports initiatives that provide sustainable, tangible and long-term benefits with positive outcomes for Australian rural, regional and remote communities. In turn this builds capacity, longevity, liveability and connection in the regions in which we operate.
Based on six distinct pillars, the project offers a total of 12 grants, with two tiers of funding at $10,000 and $20,000 per grant.
In addition to the six pillars above, there will be two People's Choice grants, for a maximum of $10,000 each. This open criteria grant will be voted for by Elders employees.

100 Women Grants
​100 Women is a collaborative giving circle that amplifies the giving power of everyday people to create significant change for women and girls.
Applications will be considered for high value projects up to $50,000 and for a maximum period of 24 months that:
- Improve economic outcomes for girls and women who are disadvantaged or face barriers
- Improve health outcomes for girls and women
- Improve educational outcomes for girls and women
- Provide safety to girls and women at risk from rape, forced prostitution, sex trafficking or family violence

Frank Moorhouse Fellowship for Young Writers
The Copyright Agency Frank Moorhouse Fellowship for Young Writers will support a writer aged 18-35 years to develop and write a new work of fiction.
Named in honour of the late Frank Moorhouse, the Fellowship will provide a genuine career development opportunity for a young fiction writer who has not yet published a full-length work of fiction.
Applicants must have previously published some short stories/work in literary magazines, journals or online. Writers who have published a full-length work, in fiction or any genre, are not eligible to apply for this Fellowship.
The Fellowship is essentially a living allowance to create a new work of fiction. It may also be used for mentoring costs.

The Foundation SA Neighbourhood Grants offer non-profit organisations, up to $5,000 to support acts of community connection that strengthen the bonds of neighbourhoods, led by people in their own communities.
We know this grant this size won’t change the world, but we also know that community change is about more than money.
The projects the Foundation support will vary tremendously but they hope they’ll all:

Fund for Women
The L’Oréal Fund for Women is a charitable fund launched in 2020 to support frontline organizations in their efforts to help women to get out of poverty, prevent domestic, sexual and gender-based violence against women. The Fund focuses on supporting women and girls’ empowerment, particularly through projects in favour of social or professional integration and education. A specific attention is paid to refugee women and women with disabilities.
Beyond emergency relief, the activity focuses on women or girls' empowerment, encouraging especially social and professional Integration, or access to education.
