We are a First Nations-led philanthropic charity that invests in grassroots projects and First Nations-owned enterprises and services to drive economic growth, self-determination, and community wellbeing.

Our programs are shaped by and for First Nations people, guided by culture, knowledge, and identity, and support initiatives across education, economic development, and social wellbeing.

Our Foundation partners with Mibilla Pty Ltd - a First Nations-owned social enterprise that reinvests its profits into the Foundation, strengthening our ability to deliver sustainable, community-driven impact.

Our vision is clear: to create success in our way, in our communities, for our country.
Business Development
We are committed to supporting the development and growth of First Nation people owned businesses, recognising that thriving enterprises create local jobs, strengthen families, and build intergenerational opportunity.

Education
Education is a foundation for opportunity and lasting change. Our approach goes beyond traditional models - supporting initiatives that reflect and celebrate First Nations knowledge systems, languages, and identities.
These initiatives create opportunities, strengthen families, and foster self-determination across First Nations communities.

Community Wellbeing
Economic prosperity and community wellbeing are interconnected—when individuals are able to build wealth and stability, the entire community benefits.
At Mibilla Foundation, we recognise homeownership is a cornerstone of better health, education, and economic outcomes for First Nations people.
To support this, we’re developing a rent-to-buy scheme that helps create secure housing and a pathway to better health, stronger educational outcomes, and long-term financial independence.
